Last week, I decided to take a make-up course at Natura Brazil in Paris. Honestly, it was amazing and now I’m the brand’s No.1 fan. When I was younger, my mother always had a huge closet full of their products so you can say that I grew up with them…
When I moved to France, I replenished my stock each time I travelled to Brazil but fortunately, Natura Brazil opened a wonderful shop in the heart of Paris a few years ago so I don’t have to do this anymore.
I’m addicted to their perfumed and exotic products – especially soaps, oils and hand creams – and I have been known to give them as gifts for my friends too.
The shop in Paris is superb, so warm and inviting with a real mix of chic style and casual Brazilian vibes incorporated in the décor.
And what’s more, Natura offers free workshops!
Hand and feet massages, makeup, skin care and hair tutorials and massages for mother & baby … Not to mention the Brazilian themed music concerts on Saturday afternoon! How cool is that ?!
I decided to do the make-up workshop presented by Olivier Luz. It was much more interesting than I thought. On the second floor, you are greeted with smiley beauty advisors offering coffee, orange juice … and a beauty kit dedicated 100% to skin care.
Firs step…. design your face…
Step by step, you learn the basics of makeup application, how to accentuate the different angles of your face, hide imperfections, try out daring new colours which all combine to create a great natural look…
The workshop is a must! It is very personal (12 people per group) and we spent 2 hours trying different techniques, products and even learning through others in the class.
It was a perfect class, fun and smart between women and friends on their make-up journey. Don’t hesitate…Go!
A real paradise for beauty…
