… But let’s not forget London – which is a wonderful place to visit in December to do all of the important Christmas shopping – or to bring in the New Year in style… The sheer variety of shops in London means that you are guaranteed to find all on the right gifts, pretty fast.

Go to Regent Street, Oxford Street, Bond Street, Dover Street, Conduit street, yes, the list of great shopping streets goes on and on … Add a small detour in the nice quaint streets nearby in Mayfair! You will find all of your favourite brands and also the opportunity to enjoy all the beautiful Christmas windows and the famous illuminations and decorations!
When you have finished your shopping, it’s time to relax… and what better thing to do is to have the traditional delicious English afternoon tea in one of the restaurants or luxury hotels in London that organise great afternoon tea with a festive offering of Christmas delights.
And take some time to visit «Winter Wonderland» in Hyde Park… a popular and festive attraction that has lots of Christmas attractions including a traditional Christmas market. You can also enjoy a good hot mulled wine and hot delicacies, listen to music, and even go ice-skating.
