♥2 Nodaïwa

If you’re a fan of Japanese cuisine – like me – the Nodaiwa is a perfect restaurant for those who want to discover ancestral dishes rarely found on menus of traditional Japanese restaurants.

In this simple and unpretentious restaurant, you are invited to succumb to unheard-of and exotic recipes.

I recommend the house specialty: “grilled eel” that goes through several steps rigorously until you get to your table – first grilled in charcoal, then slightly lacquered and finally delicately laid under rice. A soft caramelized sweetness invades the palate. Simply divine!

Detail: Nodaïwa is the only restaurant in Paris that proposes this rare dish so appreciated in the nippon kitchen.

 ♥3 Chez Flottes

In the heart of Paris, between the Garden of Tuileires and Rue Saint Honoré, where to eat well? Chez Flottes! An open 7/7 family brasserie offering a warm atmosphere and a warm welcome.

The bar in the Art Nouveau style invites you to aperitifs with friends and lots of flirting.

The scene is typical of the time – stained glass, woodwork and soft lights – offering a special charm and creating an intimate atmosphere. For dinner, head to the basement – my favorite place to enjoy French cuisine that satisfies all desires and appetites with simplicity and precision. Final Detail: Do not be surprised to meet celebrity advisers and discreet, they are always there. The last time, I shared a table with Paula Cademartori, Simone Esmanhoto and Consuelo Pascolato. Uh là là!

♥4 La Corte

You are on Saint Honoré street, among so many sophisticated shops and fashionable people, but want to have lunch in a quiet and cozy place. But where?

The answer is La Corte – a discreet Italian restaurant, which is tucked away exactly in a passage just in front of the trendy Colette store.

Frequented by the chic clientele of the neighborhood, you will delight in the bruschettas or artichokes with olive oil, the linguine of shrimp and clams or a beautiful grilled fish. To finish, be sure to taste the strawberries with almond cream au gratin or homemade tiramisu soaked in strawberry sauce. A treat for lovers of true Italian cuisine. Grazie Enzo!
